Performance + Workshop format

Sekhamet offers a complete format combining artistic immersion and practice.
Introductory performance
An immersive performance revealing the power of flow art.
The audience discovers movement, rhythm and visual expression, awakening imagination and preparing each participant to enter their own experience.
Workshop
A 1 to 1.5-hour session where participants explore movement, release control and discover their own flow.
The intention is not performance, but experience:
to allow movement to emerge, to follow the music, and to reconnect with one’s natural expression.
