Sekhamet has not always lived in connection with her body.
For many years, her way of functioning was based on effort, pressure and performance, gradually leading to a deep disconnection from her sensations and inner balance.
A first turning point occurred during her studies in Germany.
In a more open and research-oriented environment, she discovered a different rhythm — one that allowed space not only to learn, but also to listen to herself.
It was during this time that a decisive experience emerged.
While meditating with music, her body began to move.
A simple, instinctive movement — almost forgotten.
This moment marked the beginning of a profoundly different path.
Over the years, Sekhamet has explored the connection between movement, body awareness and inner transformation.
Her approach is based on a simple yet powerful principle: Through movement, attention and inner listening, the body becomes a tool for understanding and transformation.
Her work supports:
This approach is closely linked to the regulation of the nervous system, and to the way the body processes stress, emotions and unconscious responses.
Her first experiences of working with clients revealed something essential:
Deep shifts can happen quickly.
But without integration, they do not always last.
This realization led her to evolve her approach.
Today, her work is not only about creating change, but about helping each person develop real inner autonomy:
The goal is not to depend on external support, but to progressively build a stable relationship with oneself.
Today, Sekhamet brings this approach to life through three complementary forms:
These are not separate activities, but different expressions of the same intention:
To create spaces where it becomes possible to slow down,
to feel,
and to reconnect with oneself in a deeper and more stable way.
If this approach speaks to you, Sekhamet would be honored to accompany you —
whether for your event or on your personal path of transformation.
As the founder of the Flamme Intérieure association, Sekhamet donates at least 40% of each service to support its mission.
Flamme Intérieure promotes self-awareness and body connection through artistic experiences.
Each service contributes to meaningful actions supporting well-being for both children and adults.
